We are seeking a team member for our HO administration team. The successful applicant will be well presented and have a genuine passion for customer service. Attention to detail is a must as well as highly effective organisational and communication skills. An up to date knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new programs and industry specific practices are essential.

The Role

This role provides administrative support to our various clients and shares front desk and phone reception duties. We require an individual who is adaptable, highly effective and passionate about attention to detail. You will excel in this role with your minimum 12 months experience in general office administration and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

As an Administration Assistant, you will be accountable to the Chief Operations Officer for providing effective confidential and administrative support services to our client group. Attention to detail is essential and you will be responsible for high accuracy data entry, client account processing, sales documentation including tax invoice preparation and processing. You will manage and monitor relevant correspondence applicable to each transaction as well as liaise, coordinate and engage with a range of people throughout the agency on urgent, sensitive and confidential matters, including debtor control. You will provide an effective and efficient administrative support service including data entry, word processing, spread sheet applications and industry specific software.

The job will also include support to the Executive Management team and assistance with some marketing activity.
