Warwick agents penned 613 lambs and 482 grown sheep. The regular wholesalers and processors attended and operated on a dearer market for all trade weight lambs and hoggets, with mutton selling to strong competition. Increased restocker demand resulted in store lambs selling from $14 to $38/head dearer.

Young lambs under 12kg to restockers sold from $72 to $136/head. Young lambs in the 12-16kg range to restockers sold from $91 to $178/head. New season lambs to the butcher trade sold from $227 to $296/head. Older lambs in the 18-20kg range to feeder buyers sold from $179 to $195/head, with butchers paying to $222/head. Lambs to the wholesale meat trade sold from $205 to $280/head. Heavy lambs to processors sold from $270 to $300/head.

Hoggets to processors sold from $150 to $242/head. Light weight merino and crossbred ewes to restockers sold from $69 to $125/head. Heavy ewes to processors sold from $142 to $206/head. Wethers to processors sold from $180 to $197/head. Ram lambs to processors sold from $160 to $200/head. Rams to processors sold from $180 to $198/head. Ewes and lambs sold to $290/unit.
