Charters Towers Combined Agents yarded a total of 3,342 Cattle. Store Cattle consisted of 1,377 Steers, 357 Mickeys, 1,574 Heifers, and 34 Cows & Calves.

Store Cattle comprised of isolated quality bred Steers and Heifers, with one large run of northern Weaner Heifers, prices did reflect quality with secondary grades lacking interest, there was an increased buying panel on most categories. The yarding was drawn from Mt Isa, Julia Creek, Hughenden, Mt Garnet, Croydon, Forsayth, Malanda as well as local and coastal areas.
