Gracemere Cattle Sale Market Report – Wednesday 27th May 2020
CQLX combined agents yarded a smaller number, with a total of 2642 head, comprising of 1167 steers,1213 heifers, 220 cows, 19 bulls and 23 cows & calves. Once again prices experienced followed the trend of other major selling centres. Prime cattle sold to a dearer trend with cows seeing the largest increase. Feeder cattle held ground to sell to a similar trend on last week’s rates. Store and weaner cattle sold once again to a competitive buying panel, also selling to a dear trend. Cattle were sourced from Marlborough, Comet, Bowen, Biloela and local areas.
