Warwick agents penned 734 lambs and 370 mutton a reduction of 1,500 head. All the regular processors, wholesalers and feeder buyers attended along with restockers. All classes of lambs and mutton sold to dearer trends of $2 to $14/head and more in places.

Young sucker lambs to the butcher trade improved by $10 and sold from $92 to $98/head. Light weight young lambs to restockers sold from $61 to $82/head. Lambs in the 18-20kg range to feed sold from $104 to $127 up $16/head. Lambs to the butcher trade sold from $120 to $186/head. Lambs to the wholesale meat trade sold from $170 to $200 with lambs over 26kg to processors at $190 to $218/head.

Hoggets sold to very strong competition at $100 to $146/head. Ewes to processors sold from $73 to $120/head. Heavy wethers made $105/head. Ram lambs to the wholesale meat trade sold from $71 to $120 with older rams to processors at $70 to $84/head.
