Total Yarding: 1840 (-314) | Sheep Yarding: 752 (+220) | Lamb Yarding: 1088 (-534)

Warwick agents penned 1,088 lambs and 752 grown sheep. All the usual processors and wholesalers were present and active in a stronger market for well finished lambs and mutton with feeder operators and restockers also operating on a dearer market.

Light weight young lambs to restockers sold from $57 to $91/head. Lambs in the 16-18kg range to feed sold from $96 to $101/head. Lambs over 18kg to the trade market sold from $89 to $119/head. Trade weight lambs sold from $121 to $189 with heavy crossbred lambs to processors at $174 to $200/head.

Hoggets recieved strong competition from processors and sold from $90 to $120/head. Merino ewes to processors sold from $66 to $76 with crossbred ewes at $50 to $81/head. Heavy dorper ewes sold from $72 to $97/head. Heavy wethers to processors sold from $100 to $126/head. Ram lambs to the butcher trade sold from $100 to $117 with adult rams to processors at $76 to $100/head.
