    Low lying coastal marine flats graduating back to higher, soft coastal ridges which have been selectively cleared and intensively pastured to produce excellent quality, high carrying capacity grazing land. ed areas provide sheltered grazing and runoff to the two dams.     Soils and Pastures: The flats are a mixture of heavy clay and sand and Caltarzello Centro, whilst the main dam is bordered by ponded Para Grass.
