Assessors Comments: Offering 336 Brahman/Brahman X #4 Steers in a run out the gate of 6 decks – 144hd and two 4 deck runs of 96hd. 96% are vendor-bred with the balance purchased, all HGP-free. All 336 steers have been weighed and assessed as one mob, with a sample mouthed showing only 10–15% breaking 2 teeth. They have been performing well on a mix of green feed and hayed-off grass and are now ready to go onto grain or an oats crop. Being from a brahman composite herd there are approx. 10/12 head that could also be classed as flatbacks. The mob was very good to handle and are exceptionally quiet cattle. Please note: The vendor is also offering 144 Crossbred Flatback steers in the same sale. Delivery is set for 8th–10th September, with the preference to deliver all lots on the same day.
