WARWICK CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – TUESDAY 10TH FEBRUARY 2026

  • Yarding Numbers: 1,958
  • Location: Warwick
  • Date: February 10, 2026

Total Yarding: 1,958 (+428)

The continuing dry weather across the supply area lifted cattle numbers at Warwick by 428 head to 1,958. There was a wide variation in quality especially in the cow section however the prime cattle exhibits from the Clifton show helped boost the standard in the processor lines.

Yearling steers generally sold to strong demand however yearling heifers in places were cheaper. Heavy grown steers and bullocks to export processors experienced strong support. However all classes of cows could not maintain the levels of the previous sale and lost from 15c to 30c/kg.

Light weight yearling steers sold to restockers made to a top of 591c/kg. Yearling steers to feed for the domestic market made to 504c and averaged from 454c to 470c/kg. Heavy weight yearling steers to feed made to 484c to average 456c/kg. Yearling heifers to feed made to 424c and averaged from 368c to 399c/kg. Heavy weight yearling heifers ex the show made to 474c/kg. Some excellent bullocks ex the show made to 488c with the remainder around 455c/kg. One very heavy manufacturing bullock returned to $4,161/head. Medium weight 2 score cows made to 327c to average 294c/kg. Heavy weight 3 score cows averaged 344c and the best of the cows made to 378c to average 369c/kg some returning $3,024/head. Heavy weight bulls made to 404c/kg.
