CHARTERS TOWERS STORE CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – FRIDAY 1ST AUGUST 2025
Charters Towers combined agents yarded a total of 3,790 Store Cattle. The cattle consisted of 1,728 Steers, 442 Mickeys, 1,601 Heifers and 19 Cows & Calves.
Cattle comprised of predominantly Brahman types with isolated pens of quality crossbred steers and heifers. The yarding was drawn from Mount Isa, Georgetown, Burketown, Normanton as well as local and coastal areas.
