WARWICK CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – TUESDAY 14TH APRIL 2026
Total Yarding: 2,659 (+825)
The continuing dry weather resulted in the supply of stock at Warwick increasing to 2,659 head. The yarding contained larger numbers of cows and weaner cattle. All the regular processors attended and operated with strong demand across to bullocks and cows lifting prices from 8c to 26c/kg. Restocker and feeder yearlings sold to slightly dearer trends.
Yearling steers in the 200-280kg range to restockers sold from 350c to 496c/kg. Yearling steers over 280kg to restockers sold from 360c to 480c/kg. Medium weight yearling steers to feed sold from 380c to 430c/kg. Heavy yearling steers to feed sold from 377c to 464c/kg. Yearling heifers in the 200-280kg range to restockers sold from 250c to 396c/kg. Medium weight yearling heifers to restockers sold from 312c to 382c/kg. Heavy yearling heifers to processors sold from 340c to 404c/kg.
Bullocks to processors sold from 348c to 420c/kg. Grown heifers to processors sold from 328c to 378c/kg. Medium weight plain conditioned cows to restockers sold from 171c to 310c/kg with those to processors at 210c to 299c/kg. Heavy score 2 cows to processors sold from 230c to 300c/kg. Good heavy cows to processors sold from 290c to 330c/kg. Light weight bulls to restockers sold from 200c to 346c/kg. Heavy bulls to processors sold from 319c to 406c/kg.
