A similar sized yarding of 713 lambs and 331 grown sheep at Warwick resulted in all store and trade lambs selling to dearer rates of $23 to $45/head. The grown sheep in short supply and again sold to dearer trends with most buyers struggling to complete orders.

Young lambs in the 12-16kg range to restockers sold from $130 to $180 with those over 16kg at $221/head. Older 18-20kg side lambs to butchers sold from $200 to $246/head. Lambs to suit the wholesale meat trade sold from $260 to $330/head to average 1343c/cwt. Lambs to processors sold from $317 to $369 to average 1228c/cwt. Heavy lambs to processors sold from $360 to $377/head.

Hoggets to processors sold from $230 to $300/head. Light weight dorper ewes to restockers sold from $158 to $176/head. Heavy ewes to processors sold from $220 to $308/head. Ram lambs to the butcher trade sold from $204 to $280/head.
