Warwick agents penned 1,406 lambs and 603 grown sheep. All the regular buyers attended and operated on a dearer market for all store and processor lambs of $28 to $40/head. Hoggets and ewe mutton also sold to dearer trends of $17 to $35/head.

Young lambs in the 12-16kg range to restockers sold from $171 to $183/head. Young lambs over 18kg to the butcher trade sold from $191 to $212 with those to restockers at $191 to $232/head. Older lambs in the 18-20kg range to feed sold from $220 to $227 with those to restockers at $230/head. Lambs in the 20-22kg range to the butcher trade improved by $40 and sold from $239 to $269/head. Lambs to suit the wholesale meat trade gained $28 and sold from $241 to $290/head. Heavy dorper and crossbred lambs to processors sold from $270 to $341/head.

Hoggets to processors sold from $185 to $251 up by $17/head. Light weight plain conditioned ewes to restockers sold from $50 to $160 and merino ewes with skin to restockers topped at $190/head. Ram lambs to processors sold from $200 to $239/head. Meat rams sold from $167 to $196/head.
