BLACKALL CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – THURSDAY 28TH NOVEMBER 2024
Blackall combined agents yarded 3674 head at the last weaner and store sale held today. The market in line with all other centers in Queensland this week strengthened considerably. The quality of the yarding was mixed but there were some excellent lines of store steers, heifers, feeder steers and fat cattle on offer. Buyers were selective with larger framed cattle attracting premiums. The yarding was drawn from the Alice Springs, Boulia, Winton, Longreach, Barcaldine, Aramac, Jericho, Blackall and Tambo districts.
