CHARTERS TOWERS SHOW PRIME CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – WEDNESDAY 23RD JULY 2025
Charters Towers Combined Agents in conjunction with the Charters Towers Show Committee yarded a total of 176 Prime Cattle.
This being the inaugural event it was an absolute credit to the vendors to showcase such a quality line up of Prime cattle which was in return well supported by the buyers seeing a clear premium paid for these cattle.

- Top priced pen of 10 Bullocks topped at 334c/kg on A/C S & S Reddie and Fletchervale Pastoral CO, both equaling the top price. Fletchervale Pastoral Co Bullocks weighed 652kg and the S & S Reddie Bullocks weighed 656kg.
- Best priced trade Heifers were presented on A/C J & D Brownson, that sold for 300c/kg and weighed 457kg to return $1,371 per head.
- The top pen of Cows were also sold by J & D Brownson, for 282c/kg, weighing 574kg to return $1,618 per head.
