GRACEMERE CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – WEDNESDAY 15TH JULY 2026
Gracemere combined agents sold a reduced yarding of 3,255 head, consisting of 1,509 steers, 1,105 heifers, 563 cows, 35 mickey bulls, 43 bulls and 70 cows & calves.
The fat market saw a strengthening, especially on second rate cattle. Feeder steers softened, and so did crossbred weaner steers quite significantly. Brahman weaner steers remained firm to stronger upon last weeks sale. Feeder heifers strengthened where mouthed and PTE, and weaner heifers strengthened significantly, with a line of breeder quality Brahman heifers and Bos Taurus types leading the market.
