ROMA STORE CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – TUESDAY 14TH JULY 2026
A total of 11,547 head of cattle were consigned at Roma’s Store Sale on Tuesday.
Weaner steers under 200kg topped at 612c/kg and averaged 540c/kg, weaner steers in the 200-280kg range reached 626c/kg and averaged 552c/kg. Steers in the 280-330kg range reached 626c/kg and averaged 552c/kg, and steers in the 330-400kg range reached 614c/kg and averaged 526c/kg. Feeder steers in the 400-500kg range topped at 572c/kg and averaged 520c/kg.
Heifers under 200kg topped at 490c/kg and averaged 446c/kg, while heifers in the 200-280kg range topped at 530c/kg and averaged 468c/kg. Heifers in the 280-330kg range topped at 544c/kg, averaging 466c/kg. Heifers in the 330-400kg range topped at 535c/kg, averaging 456c/kg. Heifers in the 400-500kg range topped at 492c/kg, averaging 421c/kg.
Cows in the 330-400kg range reached 365c/kg and averaged 290c/kg. Cows in the 400-500kg range topped at 387c/kg, averaging 335c/kg. Cows in the 500-600kg range topped at 399c/kg, averaging 366c/kg. Cows over 600kg topped at 402c/kg, averaging 384c/kg.
