ROMA STORE CATTLE SALE MARKET REPORT – TUESDAY 21ST JULY 2026
A total of 11,092 head of cattle were consigned at Roma’s Store Sale on Tuesday.
Weaner steers under 200kg topped at 570c/kg and averaged 517c/kg, weaner steers in the 200-280kg range reached 608c/kg and averaged 540c/kg. Steers in the 280-330kg range reached 608c/kg and averaged 537c/kg, and steers in the 330-400kg range reached 610c/kg and averaged 511c/kg. Feeder steers in the 400-500kg range topped at 610c/kg and averaged 478c/kg.
Heifers under 200kg topped at 470c/kg and averaged 422c/kg, while heifers in the 200-280kg range topped at 556c/kg, and averaged 459c/kg. Heifers in the 280-330kg range topped at 536c/kg, averaging 468c/kg. Heifers in the 330-400kg range topped at 540c/kg, averaging 473c/kg. Heifers in the 400-500kg range topped at 540c/kg, averaging 447c/kg.
Cows in the 330-400kg range reached 345c/kg and averaged 283c/kg. Cows in the 400-500kg range topped at 440c/kg, averaging 331c/kg. Cows in the 500-600kg range topped at 404c/kg, averaging 374c/kg. Cows over 600kg topped at 408c/kg, averaging 396c/kg.
