The supply of stock at Warwick remained unchanged with 1,607 lambs and 964 grown sheep penned. Increased numbers of store lambs came forward and sold $10 to $34/head less. The trade lambs penned lacked last weeks finish and sold to easier trends, with the mutton lines selling close to last weeks rates.

Young lambs in the 12-16kg range to restockers sold from $66 to $110/head. Young lambs over 16kg to restockers sold from $92 to $140/head. Young lambs over 18kg to feeder buyers sold from $138 to $160/head. Older lambs to the wholesale meat trade sold from $160 to $251/head. Lambs in the 22-24kg range to processors sold from $193 to $261, with the heavy crossbred and dorper lambs to processors at $220 to $286/head.

Hoggets to processors sold from $154 to $230/head. Dorper ewes to processors sold from $120 to $265/head. Wethers to processors sold from $132 to $256/head. Ram lambs to the butcher trade sold from $142 to $190/head. Meat rams sold from $164 to $180/head.
